My name is Kelly, hair is my absolute passion, I offer a professional, friendly and reliable service.
I've been qualified for over 20 years 13 of those I have been freelance, I now have a small fully air conditioned salon in my home in Calcot Reading.
Whether it's a simple trim or a re-style and colour change , my friendly nature will make you feel relaxed and totally at ease.

COLOURING
colouring hair is one of my favourite things to do , I attend seminars and training regularly to keep me ahead of fashion and trends.
I use olaplex in all of my colour services this ensures your hair is kept in its best possible condition
I'm just a girl that loves making other girls feel awesome !

CANCELLATIONS
A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel or re schedule your appointment . If less than 48 hours is given a 50% fee may be charged .
less than 24 hours notice will insure a 100% charge if I can not fill the appointment resulting in loss of earnings
SKIN TESTING AND CONSULTATION
Skin testing is required during a consultation appointment at least 48 hours before a colour service , a consultation appointment takes approximately 30 minutes and has a charge of £20 this is then taken off the final cost of your bill once we perform the service .

Kelly will use this information to deliver services you have booked
she will not share your information to any third party without consent, or if required to by law.

How long will your information be kept
all chemical treatments records will be stored for 6 years from the date of your last service
if you have given consent for communication then you will receive this until you opt out or request removal.
Where will your information be stored
Your information will be stored on Kelly's mobile phone and computer this is password protected . Paper information will be stored in a locked unit.
Access to your personal information, correction and removal
You have the right to request any information that is held about you.
You have the right to request any information about you is removed.
You have the right to request information is updated or removed if it is invalid or not relevant.
